Summer Training 2019 @ Comet Field- Students going into grades 9-12
STARTING 10 @ Comet Field . Every Monday evening from 6:00-7:30 and every Friday morning from 7:15-8:45. Weight training every Friday morning from 6:30-7:00.
All candidates are highly encouraged to attend the open field sessions as well as work individually on soccer specific skills and conditioning throughout the summer. The “PMBS Summer Conditioning” link (below) has information that will assist you in your endeavor to improve. Do NOT complete these exercises on the days you train with the team. These should be completed with other team mates.
