Summer & Individual Training

Summer Training 2018 @ Comet Field- Students going into grades 9-12

STARTING JUNE 11 @ Comet Field . Every Monday evening from 6:00-7:30 and every Friday morning from 7:15-8:45. Weight training every Friday morning from 6:30-7:00.

All candidates are highly encouraged to attend the open field sessions as well as work individually on soccer specific skills and conditioning throughout the summer. The “PMBS Summer Conditioning” link (below) has information that will assist you in your endeavor to improve. Do NOT complete these exercises  on the days you train with the team. These should be completed with other team mates. YOU MAKE THE TIME!

FOCUS ON IMPROVING. YOU ARE EITHER GETTING BETTER OR WORSE BUT NEVER STAYING THE SAME. WORK HARD, FOCUS ON THE FUNDAMENTALS, STAY POSITIVE AND HAVE A GREAT DESIRE TO SUCCEED AND MAKE AN IMPACT!
